Feeding technology

Feeders are often used to reliably supply small parts to assembly lines. However, the orientation of these parts must be correct to achieve proper assembly.

The efector dualis can identify the incorrect orientation of parts in the feeder before they are fed.

Object feature verification

Even small errors (e.g., a milk bottle without a production date) can cause major problems on the production line. The efector dualis is very suitable for object feature verification on moving production lines.

In this example, the efector dualis detects a series of preset features that indicate the expiration date. In the figure, the efector dualis detects the missing feature and issues an alarm.
