Whether flat, matte, dark, or shiny, the O8 provides reliable optical performance, unaffected by the target’s color. This series has reliable background suppression to accurately detect very small targets.

Simple Setup This series of sensors is equipped with a visible red light for alignment assistance. The sensing range can be set to millimeter precision via IO-Link. Two clearly visible LEDs indicate status and power.

Compact Design The compact shape is very suitable for installation in narrow spaces. The sturdy, one-piece metal frame has mounting holes and will not bend or break during installation.
