Two temperature sensors in one

The TV temperature sensor can perform long-term, high-precision fluid temperature measurement and is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The one-piece housing with integrated electronics, 6 mm diameter probe, and threaded process connection are made of durable 316 stainless steel to withstand harsh environments. Due to its compact external shape, it is very suitable for installation in tight application spaces.

Fast and Accurate

The ifm TV temperature sensor uses a high-precision Pt1000 class A RTD and a lightweight, fast-responding probe head.

The sensor has 2 switch points that can be easily set via Line Recorder device software. The TV sensor uses dual switching outputs or IO-Link connected to a PLC to integrate into any control system.

Reliable Digital Transmission via IO-Link

IO-Link provides pure digital transmission, which is more accurate than analog signal output. By using IO-Link, the TV temperature sensor can send minimum and maximum temperature values to the controller. By continuously analyzing real-time process data, the machine can maintain high precision and the operator can better utilize the full efficiency of the equipment.
